Prior to her current role, Mrs. Jackson served in the medical field for over 30 years, driven by a
commitment to the care and assistance of others. An unfortunate on-the-job injury necessitated
her departure from that profession. Motivated by the same dedication to aiding others, she
subsequently transitioned into the insurance industry as a Licensed Public Adjuster. In her
capacity as a dedicated part-time Public Adjuster, she offers flexibility in specializing in the
execution of thorough property inspections and investigation of losses, employing a keen eye
for detail, interpret policy language and negotiate with the Insurer to secure fair settlements
that our clients deserve per policy excerpt.
